Executive Team

David Roberson
PhD, Mba

Founding CEO, Co-Inventor, & Director

Dr. Roberson is a bioengineer and drug development entrepreneur. He obtained his PhD in Neuroscience from Harvard University where he was one of eight 2014 Harvard Horizon Scholars selected from across the university’s PhD programs. He is co-founder of 4 drug development newcos with therapeutics programs spanning preclinical discovery through Phase 2 clinical trials. 

Ryan Sadlo
Mba

Founding CBO & Board Chairman

Mr. Sadlo is a healthcare executive with deep bio-technology commercialization expertise. He received his MBA from the Jones School of Business at Rice University. Most recently, he led commercialization of the Podimetrics SmartMat from FDA Clearance through initial $12M of revenue and 1,000 patients in under four years.

Clifford Woolf
MD, PhD

Dr. Woolf is Chair of Neuro-biology at Boston Children’s Hospital and Professor in Neurology at Harvard Medical School. He is an internationally renowned neuroscience opinion leader and serial entrepreneur having most recently co-founded clinical-stage drug development company Nocion Therapeutics with Dr. Roberson.

Lee Barrett
PhD

Dr. Barrett is Research Lab Chief for the Woolf lab at Harvard Medical School and co-director of the high-throughput drug screening core at Boston Children’s Hospital. He completed his PhD in Neuropharmacology at Imperial College London and postdoctoral training at Massachusetts General Hospital.

SHAY NEUFELD
PHD

Dr. Neufeld is a data scientist and biotech software product developer. He obtained his PhD at Harvard where he was a 2017 Horizon Scholar. As head of data product at Inscopix he built their SaaS strategy and product, enabling their 9-figure acquisition in 2022. He also engineered the Blackbox webapp.

Nick Andrews
PhD

Dr. Andrews is director of the Behavior Testing Core (BTC) at The Salk Institute for Biological Studies. He previously led drug safety programs at Pfizer where he developed expertise in phenotyping rodent models of CNS disorders and techniques for behavioral screening of drug effects.

Alex Wiltschko
PhD

Dr. Wiltschko is a neuroscientist, AI researcher, entrepreneur and co-inventor of the Blackbox technology. He obtained his PhD through the Program in Neuroscience at Harvard, where he invented the MoSeq rodent behavioral assessment tool. He cofounded AI/ML companies acquired by Neumora and Twitter, worked as a Research Scientist at Google Brain, and as an EIR at GV. Presently Alex is working to digitize scent as Founder and CEO of Osmo, and was recently recognized as one of the Top 100 AI Scientists by Business Insider.

Russell Teubner
Tech Entrepreneur

Mr. Teubner is a serial tech entrepreneur who most recently served as Founder and CEO of Hostbridge Technologies, which was acquired by Broadcom in 2022. Mr. Teubner also serves as a Director of Simmons First National Corporation, and the Oklahoma State University Research Foundation.
